It was almost complete when I was there August, I would guess that it is finished by now.

Other than a few small areas...the remaining work being done is decorative and clean up is required. The new sidewalk goes from downtown to Couples Swept Away as planned.
Best in the West is one of the properties that was being completed last because of their building location and that's mostly done.
The new sidewalk and curbs east of downtown are almost complete also.
That makes more sense, as I said the majority was finished in August.
As I stayed nearly across the street from Best in the West earlier this month I could see how my perception was skewed. By the time I had left Best in The West had still not been set back up after it was forced to move back.Quote:

I left on Oct. 22nd and it was not finished as yet. Walked from across the road at Sandy Haven to Time Square. There were lots of driveway areas that needed to be done yet. You know things don't move very fast in Jamaica!
