Hi all. Staying at Catcha Rising Star in February for a few days before moving down to the beach for the rest of our stay. First time staying on the West End. Super excited to eat/drink at Ivan's, but what are some great places for afternoon/evening drinks and food nearby? Walking would be great (is it OK to walk along the road from place to place at night in the West End?) or even a short taxi would be fine. Thanks in advance!

Cross the road and walk down Seastar Lane to the Seastar Inn . Excellent food, full service bar, Saturday night entertainment and buffet. 400 yards down the lane that is across from Catcha's front Gate.
Shark's and Ahhbee's are two great options and very easy walking distance. Ahhbee makes a burger that will knock your flip flops off!
Sir D's past LTU a short way. Good sunset spot.
Don't forget Sexy Rexy's, just before Sir D's.
Hey, how is the buffet? I'm not usually a buffet fan.
Ahhhbees is great.. for late night, they turn on a neon sign about a block in from Ahhhbeers.. "local bar"... not even sure the name, but cheap drinks and open LATE

Seastar for drinks and good food, LTU is good with the view Sir D,s just up past Rick,s for sunset drinks. Ivan,s at Catch where your at cant be beat though.
Making note, since we'll be staying at Catcha too. So... all these places walkable during the day- but grab a red plate ride for the way back at night? Or can you walk back to Catcha?

Well, as we are only at Catcha a couple nights, I think we'll decompress at Ivan's the first night - maybe amble up the road to Seastar since we arrive on Saturday (is it walkable at night?). Probably check out LTU on Sunday, maybe Eddie's de Bar beforehand? We move to the beach after for a few days - will venture back to the cliffs for a couple meals - 3 Dives, maybe Aaahbees. If you're only there two days I'd focus a bit more on the cliffside properties where you can check out the coast from different vantage points. Just my opinion of course, at least during daylight hours. After dark Seastar and Debar are both a good choice.
Catcha to Seastar is an easy, safe walk. However; if you want them to pick you up and drop you off; they'll do that.
