It's been 7 years! Holy Crap! 7 years-Just booked yesterday! Soon Come must knows?!?

Our family was in Jamaica most recently in the summer of 09' for 3 weeks, what a trip it was! Prior to that the hubs and I went once a year, maybe twice if we were lucky. I know things have changed in that time frame. What are the must knows or most changed? Can you still get a case of Red Stripe from the trucks? What are the hot spots now, must dos? We are bringing our girls again who are now 20 and 12 and easy to entertain. Is Theresa still on the cliffs for delicious breakfast? What about Step Aside Jerk?

Hoping to catch some concerts while we are there too. Will be in Negril June 22-July 9, 2016. Last time we caught up and had a blast with some boardies, anyone going to be there during our time frame?

The last time we checked you couldn't get the cases off the Red Stripe truck anymore.
If you mean Theresa from Just Natural...they are still around but have moved to Hylton Ave. up past the lighthouse and have a larger, lush property at the newer location.
Step Aside is still serving up his chicken on the beach road.

I'm calm, I wasn't being snarky, just attempting to provide some clarity to those who may not grasp the full context of their question about the Red Stripe truck.
Now if you had made that comment to me in the thread where I was responding to Jaherring, I could see where you're coming from.

TAH....do you have an attitude problem?? You spout off smart remarks to most everybody. Moose must be a very nice person. I would have already told you where to get off.

Honestly, other than one borderline snarky comment that I made toward Moose last week (who indeed seems to be a very, very nice guy, and whom I didn't intend to offend), and more than a few toward you, I can't think of any smart remarks I have made toward anyone here. Can you point me to an example other than what I just described?

As far as beer, I would encourage the OP to buy it from the Hi-Lo as suggested. They will provide you a case in a cardboard box instead of a crate like some places do. You have to leave a deposit on the crates for those who provide them. Hi-Lo will also provide you with cold beer on request, just let the employee who approaches you know what you need. Speaking of the employees at Hi-Lo, the service is about as solid as I have seen in Jamaica.

One gets so excited to go back. So many changes, so many memories. Speaking of memories, if mine serves me right, Step Aside owes me some jerk sauce. Good stuff! !!
