Negril really isn't the place for deep sea fishing. You could get a taxi down to Belmont area, or even Treasure Beach if you really are determined. There is decent fishing there, just not Negril.
There is a boat off the pier next to Canoe i believe but not sure about how well they do for catching fish.A friend of ours took it a caouple years sgo and brought back some nice Mahi(dolphin),not the flipper kind

Deep sea fishing in Negril is very hit or miss. lf someone is determined to do it, it's worth driving a little while to get to a better area, especially considering the cost. I wouldn't be a happy camper if I paid hundreds of dollars for a day fishing and didn't catch anything.
Stanley's is one of the best in Negril...good, fun group of fishermen!

We enjoyed great deep sea fishing in Negril! My sons and I went out with Captain Stanley and had a blast! He has nice boats and solid equipment! Check out his website and give him a call!

Looks like you are headed down to JA. If you don't know Treasure Beach it is a very nice destination. If fishing is on your agenda check out Kory at Sunset Resort and Cottages. Very nice location and he can put you in touch with the right fishermen if you're wanting to catch!!

John, we'll be down in Negril a week from today- I can't wait! We may not get as far as Treasure Beach this trip, but if we don't, I'll definitely look into next trip. Thanks for the contact info!
