I'm a newbie to the board, although I've done a little lurking in the shadows. While I've been to Negril before, my other half has not. I'm excited to see his reactions to this wonderful little piece of paradise, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to make his trip so great that he'll want to come back..Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
"once ya go then ya know" IMO, I would be shocked if he went and would not want to return every year! Try Mayfield Fall's, Pub Crawl, and try to hit the non tourist attractions that Negril area has to offer.

Don't stress about it...Don't do Much.....and just watch his reactions....this is His experience, if he feels it, fine....Once you go, you know. I am talking from experience ... We are taking newbies again this year and gave them all the info and said pick 3 things you are interested in...they will find their way.
Oh my gosh! Great advice, especially from jan24...I want to experience it through his eyes like my first time. Definitely want to go to Mayfield Falls. And the pub crawl sounds like a blast!

Sign up for snorkel & dinner cruise. You snorkle (or not) out on the reefs, then again at the caves. Dinner was Jerk chicken,rice & peas, salad & unlimited red stripe/rum punch. Cruise along the coastline up to Ricks to swim, jump or relax. Took some amazing pictures! We had such a fun time. Sign up at little place next to Boat bar. Think we paid $40 each----we'll worth it😎
