The island is quickly transition-ing::: Easter time..!!..

today,
pickneys' last school day,,, Easter break

for past few-days,
the *vibe* has been changing::: same-way as it *changed* prior to Christmas holiday-time & break

folks are bubble-ly,,,,, lots of big smiles ... no more 'game-faces.' .... lively friendly verbal banter-ing back & forth

full-moon, getting full-er

more baby-daddy sightings, WITH their children in-tow

weather back-in-foreign,
and phone calls to my yard-work clients
indicate that I can feel OK
extending my trip ....'spose to leave tommorow... but gonna STAY ..... MUST *experience* a Jamaican Easter .... MUST..!!..

chatted-up my landlord,,,,, he told me::>> '''... DON'T leave 'til Tuesday .... *things* will get back to *normal* then...''

called my travel-agent-lady
....re-booking DONE..!! .... US$35 plane change fee

well,
since i was assaulted by the likkle-animals,
i NOW & hence-forth wear long-sleeves ::::::: keep the dust, debris, and other-baddies OFF my skin :::: 'cause me think the animals be living in and/or riding on the dust, debris, etc etc.

since i started this practice, I've been good to go.

2) You're looking to build a place? How much was the plot? I'm in the early stages of thining about a place (I'm only 38) but would love to read anything you'd be comfortable sharing.

When you own the land under your feet it's different.

Unfortunately there are many Jamaicans who don't own once square inch of that Island

changed clothing ...left overnight from day before at computer place

'twas a GREAT jog
..'bout 3.5 to 4 hours

felt good
no aches & pains, during or afterwards
..but am out of shape
......lungs good --- but that's always the case with this good-good Jamaican air :::::: with a jelly coconut water in your body, you can run/go all day

i love joggin' around Jamaica
...you see things you'd normally miss, in a car van or bus
.....see & meet folks you'd never get to meet
........can go OFF the beaten path, to places a bus, car, van can't go
.................can explore explore explore

I MUST do this again .... couple of times .... before i leave
