If anyone is into cooking and planning on visiting Ras Rody, get there a little early and bring a note book to write down the recipe as he's making it. You can also get the cookbook online.

If any of you get to the Tampa/St Pete, Fl area, Rody is based here now as his children operate the Negril restaurant. Rody does catering as well as he has a stand and does 4+ area outdoor markets a week being, Dunedin, Madiera Beach, Gulfport and St Pete Beach. I had lunch with him a couple weeks ago and he continues his positive vibe and infectious smile as always and his food is outstanding.
