Sending positive vibes to ALL and hoping for the same outcome as Jamaica was fortunate to receive!

You've got our prayers and good thoughts too...
I cannot remember ever tracking a hurricane like this before with so much north and south movement.
It looks like it is heading directly north west and will hit St. Augustine and then head back out to sea over the Carolinas and then take a u turn and head south again (GULP). Jamaica, but more likely Haiti may yet to see Hurricane Matthew part 2, the sequel.
I'm still hoping Matthew will edge to the east enough that he doesn't cause any catastrophic damage as he moves up the coast in the next day or two. We'll be fine over here on the gulf side of the state (at least I hope so!) but certainly worried about those of you on the Atlantic side. Take care, Cap and any others over on the Atlantic, sending thoughts and prayers your way...
Many prayers sent to all in the path of Matthew! Being in WV, I have never had to deal with this type of activity...but I can only imagine how devastating it is. May Jah protect all within the path. Blessings sent CaptainD and family.
Our prayers are with you Cap and many others along the east coast, stay safe!
Hey David stay safe. I want to see you again in Feb at Zion hill. I will send up a prayer for you and all people in the path of the storm.
Stay safe Cap. There have been many prayers over the past week mine included.
I just saw on the news that St. Augustine has been one of the most hardest hit places in Florida, hope your ok, Cap ???
Rob just spoke with Linston and he said Capt and Miss G are safe and on their way back home to assess any damage to their property.
Hoping for the best news!!
Hoping for good news from Capt and Miss G- wishing them all he best.
We are safe but can't get back ti the island until tomorrow as the bridges are closed.
St. Augustine is devastated.
Thanks for all the good wishes.

Captain prayers for your family sent
Stay safe Captain, prayers you and your family. Bless Bless.
Home safe. House is fine...yard looks like a bomb hit it. We had 38" of salt water across the neighborhood. St Augustine itself had 7' downtown. Wind (85 Kts) wasn't the problem ...the storm surge was.
We lost pool pump, mowers, etc. We got sailboats in yards and floating docs in pools...So What?
We're alive. We spent 2 night at a Brother's totally off the grid four bedroom house on 52 acres. Felt like a resort.
It's 73ยบ and dry. Glad it's not August.
Work on Zion Hill continues and I'll be back next month.
Thanks for all the good wishes ......
Last of Matthew in Jamaica and Florida!!!!!!!...
Out
Glad it's still standing Cap! Property can be cleaned up and damage around town can be repaired. You guys are safe, that's what's important. Glad your house is fine. Take care.
Hey Captaind...our thoughts and prayers with you and all the others in the path of Matthew.. Especially Haiti. Just to expand on the original post . "We need your prayers and good vibes" but sorry to go here, but we are watching the Presidental debate.....God help us!
Glad to hear all is good on the homestead!
we try to visit St Augustine at least once a year. We love it there. We usually stay at Casablanca Inn and noticed the damage they had from the hurricane. We hope they are cleaned up soon and back to normal. Also we haven't heard about how our favorite restaurant did....La Pentola. Im sure they will bounce back better than before.
So glad you both are safe!! You guys have been in my prayers during this horrific storm. Much love sent to everyone!
