Right about now we'd be rolling a nice spliff after snorkeling all morning, then slide on down to Pablo's for lunch.
Watching Dr. Phil
:p
its about 1230pm on Thursday, so that means I am probably sitting with Maureen at Sunnyside having a beer, getting ready to walk to Bourbon Beach where I will have another beer, cut through to the road, walk to Red Ground Road, grab a beer and some Mexican Food at Collette's before finally heading up to Red Dragon for more beers and Jerk Pork. Probably drink at least one White Rum, assuming my wife is not with me, she thinks that stuff goes to my head (imagine that!!!), and she won't let Gardo serve me any while she is there. Hang out at Red Dragon a while and return back to Rondel about 3pm and take a nap on the beach for a while. Damn, that sounds like a lot of work!!! Looking forward to it.
Opening my third Red Stripe and wiping down a huge cone spliff with honey oil.
Wiping down a spliff with honey oil?
That's a new one to me.
How do you do it Kold Ass Mofo? and what for?
Hi IRIEchic,
It is about time to head in the water.
After a late B-fast (9-11)
Then swim for a bit,
and then the Cold brews.
Sitting under my favorite tree, sipping ice cold aged Appleton and ginger beer and enjoying watching the show go by.
I see this thread is going to be a multi-page thread!!- Me I would be up in da bush with mi dear fren Dellie, of course with Red Stripe in hand. Tending to da goats and clearing some bush. Then go to da river for a freshing up. Then looking for something to cook up for da community for supper under da stars burning and drinking Red Stripe and talking about everyone's adventures. As long as mi in Jamaica, mi no care! Just NEED to be there! Then call up Rob & Lisa and see where they might be for the evening and jump on da bike and go give dem a shout! Missing Jamaica!! Who every that is there, LIVE IT UP in the country we LOVE!!!
Let's see. I'd have gotten up about 6:30. Swept and mopped the balcony of bat guano while the coffee was brewing and downloaded the NYTimes. Checked mail. Made a breakfast of fruit and banana bread washed down with Millie's OJ. Watched the neighbors head out for work or school. Looked up a bird species or two. Morning hygiene. Headed down to Cosmo's and parked our butts under the sea grape. Finished up our flask of Appleton Special and two tonic waters. Ordered and consumed another outstanding lunch. Eased back into the chairs with a couple of Stripes. At 2:30pm, it's probably time to consider what next - walk down the beach to check wha gwan and another adult beverage or just go into town to reload the $J's and head home for a nap? The burden of decision making!
Praying to God that my day drinking doesn't interfere with my planned excursion to the Jungle tonight.
Holy Smoke Batman,
Thanks, Kold Ass Mofo
That dude is for real!!!
Now I get it, wish I had it, wont forget it.
Jam on Kold Ass, Jam on!!
I'd be doing the same thing I'm doing now. Except in St. Augustine my desk faces North West. On Zion Hill it faces South West
Cap
Whatever the day brings...........but, Uncle Johnny, you crack me up! Stay away from the cake!
Friday 10:30 am.
Sitting under the seagrape tree at Firefly, on my second cup of coffee with rum cream, trying to shake off the remaining cob webs from Jungle last night.
Its Sunday at noon...most likely I'm lounging on the beach eating a patty or walking the beach or getting a massage...and dreading the next 2 days since I usually leave on a Tuesday
Hmmmm,Sunday afternoon,i think we will leave the pool at Rondel and head to drifters, i sense a sale on a few buckets of beer in our future and maybe a dance with that sexy girl JoJo and my sexy wife!!
It is Wed. at 3:14pm sadly but I'm in the US booking my next reach!
We swim and float in the water al day with a cooler full of bheer. We pack a raft and a soft-side cooler just for this purpose - we call it our "Bheer Barge".
Typically, Wednesday is One Love Bus day... so at 5:30 I'm half in the bag and ready to boogie!
