Saturday February 4th. Negril Reggae Fest Wavz Beach starts at noon - Freddie McGregor, Sanchez, Mackie Dread, Otis Gayle, Sowflo, Ryan Liestman and more. Jerk Pan Jam competition, Bikini contest at 4:00 ..... should be a good show! Search Negril Reggae Fest on Facebook
Is it safe to say that Bob's bash is not going to happen this year? I haven't seen a single confirmation that it is going down.
Just saw a facebook post from NEA Jamaica that Toots and the Maytals are confirmed for a Bob Bash... just saw it briefly so can't recall the details off the top of my head.
No signs as yet......still too early......imagine will see some this coming week
only seen the FB posts for the Negril Reggae Fest Wavz Beach on the 4th.....

You can do a facebook search and see what is posted, not only Toots, but others. Not sure who's running the page, but I'd expect at least something at both MX3 and Wavz.

Thank you, Uncle Johnny. This is exactly the news I've been hoping for. Haven't been to Negril in 10 years, will finally come back 2/2-2/9 and have been wondering if Bob Marley's birthday is still as big a deal as I remember. You've made my day!
