i think you can only stay 6months:confused:
i dont think you can stay more than 6 months:confused:
Yes, you can have a year-round rental, and come and go throughout the year. Its great being able to unlock the door and walk in like you just left, minimal unpacking. Its a great schedule-motivator too.
It sounds like your rental fell through if I'm connecting the dots?
What do you mean by 'Point Village or similar'? What amenities do you require, do you have a car etc.
It was from the previous thread that got moved. I'm sure you can seek solutions here, but certainly you need to offer more; Point Village? That location is a little further and certainly mobility is huge. I may have an option as the off season approaches, but as above what amenities and what sort of rental expense fits for you? Details would be helpful.
WHY rent for a year.....if your not there??
Hard to wrap your mind around how complex it could be; but never say never ….
beeers/cheers....dont try to hard
Why would would she like to rent at The Point Village?? This is why. This is what we wake up to every morning. Diannadixon66 I might be able to help you. No promises. I private messaged you.
We used to get great little pizzas from the bar in your picture, brownsd54!
Hi Carrie, No my rental didn't fall through. I started this thread before before I found it. Butmy rental is only for 6 months but I am still looking for a year-round rental.
Because I will be there off and on quite a bit and I would like to have my own place to come and go to.
Carrie, I do have a rental in point village set up starting march 3 through Dec. I am a little bit concerned about mobility. But I am sure that won't be too hard to figure out. I would really like to eventually learn to drive in JA and buy a car there. But for now will use a driver. How do you get around?
I have a friend that drives taxi so most often when I'm there, I'm connected with rides or I take the occasional taxi. I just cannot imagine driving there; it is all very backwards. As I come more often, i'm thinking scooter but have to check all that further. Good luck. Nice to connect with another on a life adventure.
LOL @ TAH! True, however the cheese pizzas were "hot dog free!" and they were good. The buffet was pretty decent for a low priced AI. Actually - probably better food than we had at the Princess resort in Playa del Carmen!
