Lord that Stuffed snapper from LTU looks like the bomb. It looks the size of half a chicken in the picture. What is the deal with LTU? Is it in on the beach? Is that the place with good poppers or am I thinking of something else. 6 days is not going to be long enough to eat everything I want to eat in Negril.

It is GREAT. We get it practically everyday. He is between Roots Bamboo and Rondel area around 10 to 11am. Travels south to north. He takes Sundays off.

Yep, like rocknrollfarmer said just past Ricks. The stuffed snapper was a whole fillet topped with the callaloo and cheese topped with another whole fillet. It was too much for the wife, I had to help. Yum!

Last week we were at Bike Week in Daytona, wishing we were in Jamaica. On our way home one evening we passed a Jamaican restaurant. I made sure to go the next day for lunch. The food was amazing! It was almost like we were in Negril. They even carried sour sop! If you are ever in Daytona, FL make sure you try Tropical Gourmet Jamaican!

All these pictures are wonderful and mouthwatering. Thank you for sharing. 1 more sleep and we'll be sampling and taking some of them ourselves...

Bad news for me, because I will likely never step foot on the Grand Palladium property. However, now that I know her whereabouts there might be a way for us to catch-up.

I have friends that just got back, and had the fried chicken at the best in the West... it looked awesome, if your reading this friends, can you post, thank you !!!! :)
