Asking for recommendations about villas on the beach and cliffs, to accommodate about 8 people? Idle Awhile and...?
Not much else for that many people, you could get multiple units at places like Crystal Waters, Nirvana. Llantrisant on the way up to the West End is supposed to be nice and could accommodate that many. If you can afford it, the 4BR with the pool table and private pool at Idle Awhile Cliffs is pretty spiffy.
Little Waters on the cliff (not sure how many bedrooms) Villa Sur Mar (cliffs) and Somewhere West (cliffs) Seagrape (cliffs)
Beach House Villas has various rooms not sure if they have an actual villa oh and Gatehouse Villa (Tony's Hut-Bar)
For the beach, White Sands has a four bedroom, four bathroom house with private pool and a gazebo. On the jungle side of the road.
Villa Sur Mer, by LTU would fit really well, and it's awesome. Also check the villas at The Cliffs resort (formerly Moon Dance Cliffs).
I don't know about beach villas, I'm a cliff dweller.
White Sands....private pool, and they will cook for you. Greta people, housekeeping, security.
I would not recommend this place. The airflow in the living room is horrible and it is hot hot hot. Opening the doors to improve the airflow helped a bit, but it also invited rodents into the villa. When I stayed there they also had goats next store, and the north side of the villa smelled like goat chit.Quote:

Rondel village has some big villa's I believe can hold 8 ppl. The cost would not be that bad if you have several ppl going in on it. My brother and his wife and me and my wife stayed in 1 there as Rondel is our favorite place and theres plenty of elbow room for more. Its 2 levels.
I would also recommend the Big Grape Villa at the Sea Grape property. You should be able to fit 8 people in there, comfortably. As a Bonus, you get Chef Juicy to provide on site breakfast and dinner, if you wish.
We stayed at Sea Bird @ High Cover in February. It sleeps 6. There is another cottage on the property called Little Bird that sleeps 2, as well as a cottage called Neptune that sleeps 8 - 10. They are located directly across from the Hungary Lion. Found it 9n Airbnb. Highly recommend.
Idle Awhile Villas is a great option, we have 6 villas ranging from a 1 bedroom to a 5 bedroom villa.
Located on the Negril 7 mile beach. We currently have an all-inclusive special running....
Idle Awhile Villas are great, but pricing is off the charts expensive.
There is a yellow house on the beach down by Kool Runnings Water Park..private pool and beach..close to ..not bad rates for size of property..
Sounds like the Issa Villa. We rented it on our first trip to Negril in the early 90s, no pool then, but was only $600/nt for 3 bedrooms. They would send a speedboat over from Hedo if you wanted to go over there for sailing or snorkling or whatever. We went one day when they were shooting for a calender for a strip club in FL.Quote:

another place for people on a budget and that don't mind being away from the action......
is Summerset Village on Summerset Lane off the West End Road (up by Ricks and Catcha etc).....
personally mi would grab the two bedroom cottages Star and Moon at Catcha Falling Star....
and put more people in the other one bedroom units if you need it......yah mon

We did a girls trip - 8 of us and absolutely loved White Sands Villa. The staff were awesome and the villa worked out great for our group!! I've tried to get it again
twice now, and is always booked.
