What is wrong with this picture?
I know anyone can say anything they want on the Internet, but this is one of the best examples of misinformation about Negril I have seen! And this is from a source that should fact check! Check it out by clicking on the link below:

Maybe in the same town with a beach ?

As much as I love Negril, a tiki bar in Bali, even with no ice, would put Rick's to shame.

Hmmm, nothing wrong with that picture. It was taken 20 minutes from Negril near Salmon Point where riding horses in the water is legal and licensed by the JTB at Jamwest. To make sure our visitors know this, information was added to the picture, "Riding not approved on the main Negril beaches."
The JTB advertises such activities on their website. It just needs to be done in the approved areas such as the one shown in that picture.
We try our best to be accurate with the information on Negril.com, such as making sure beach bars are actually located on a beach...:encouragement:

Re: What is wrong with this picture?
Ah... the Rick's tokens... which you could only buy 10 at a time, and everything was 3 tokens.... :)
Re: What is wrong with this picture?
We used to drink for free using guest's left over beads.
Before Ricks...... Negril Beach Village (now Hedonism) used shark's teeth beads...

Re: What is wrong with this picture?
Beads? I never ever understood them being called beads. They were designed to form a "lego" like connection from one token to the next token, which you could wear around your neck. Hell, I probably gave you some left over "bead" tokens... :encouragement:

If they're designed to wear around your neck...wouldn't that be a bead or beading...HA...messin' with you!
Re: What is wrong with this picture?
Never thought about it. They were called "beads" where I live.

That is like saying that a great night life bar is only open during the day... And closed at night.
A "beach-like" bar may not need to be on a real beach, but to be one of the world's best beach bars, being on an actual beach is a must.
If you start playing with definitions, making them so lax, then what is the point of the definition in the first place?
