Jesus I think it's the same table
Since I first went to Jamaica, I've always tried to bring newbies. This year we've got five more coming to convert. Nov 27-Dec 15. Can't wait. Staying on the beach this year.
My wife and I have been cliff dwellers since the late 70's, but half are staying at Mirage and the other half at Negril Beach Condo's, Feb 3rd.
Just don't be the people complaining if things seem too crowded.. LOL

I have to admit that "giving birth" to a Jamaica convert is a very satisfying experience and one that I took great satisfaction in doing in years past but then you have to put up with changing their diapers when things don't go as you planned.
I now just give them my dates of travel, answer all their questions, provide them with guidance as to where to stay and how to travel then make plans to visit after they get there.
Just my opinion.
WOW! That's a big group! We took nearly 35 newbies along for our daughter's wedding several years ago, but stayed at the RPTB because 1) that's where my daughter wanted her wedding and 2) no way was I playing nursemaid to that many people! hahaha We did get them off the resort a couple times though.
Be sure to write a trip report and let us know how it goes!!
There is No way I would go with a group. I have a hard enough time getting along with my wife, can't imagine 20 people deciding on where and when to eat and there will "always" be some General who wants to command.
Taking a group of newbies can be a challenge. They all end up following you wherever you go - which can be a problem when you go to small restaurants. But it’s good to have done it for a lot friends.
I brought a newbie group of 26 over to Negril last march after my daughter's wedding and they loved it!!! They had heard myself and my kids talk about it so much they were anxious to see for themselves .... my 76 yr old aunt said I can see why you like it so much the beach, the people, the food all wonderful!! This year bringing 4 more to convert to negril lovers!!!
Bringing 3 new folks for some cultural expansion this year ;-) We always stay longer than those we bring, vacation from vacationers. :)
we have taken first timers the past 2 yrs. this yr we are on our own. I'm looking forward to it.
Sonds quite exciting!
