She's a county class Damen Stan 4207 patrol vessel owned by the JDF.
Jamaica has three counties, Cornwall, Middlesex and Surry. The thee vessels are named for the three counties.
BTW she's anchored not moored.

Looks shorter that 42 meters Cap. Hope she hasn't dropped the anchor on the coral!
According to the "Negril Marine Park Zoning Plan", the area where JDF ship was, is an area designated as a anchor drop zone. They might have been doing exercises dropping and retrieving the anchor who knows.Quote:
