hey Jacker... it think it is just that... $25 all inclusive {drinks}, call for a pick up from your hotel. Huge discrepancy from the website thought... says $55 for all inclusive on Friday nights...? Maybe they are starting weeknights for less?
From the M-Ville website:
FREE PICKUP FROM MAJOR NEGRIL RESORTS.
CALL 876.957.4467 OR EMAIL INFO@MARGARITAVILLECARIBBEAN.COM

All inclusive drinks and a round-trip ride... Sounds like something to explore!
The downside.......it's at Margaritaville. Ugh
Its all about the crowd you're with. May be a nice changeup from the Geriatric bars.
Outside of special events/concerts...
The three top night places for younger Jamaican & tourist crowd...Margaritaville (Friday), Jungle (Thursday & Saturday) and the newer Island Lux Beach Park.
We have 2 Margaritavilles in Tennessee. One in Nashville and one in Pigeon Forge. While in Jamaica I want places that we don't have locally.
But you don't have a Caribbean beach in the Vol state. A very different experience!
Thanks 603,, Wasn't sure about that,,But I really like hanging with the locals @ the local bars,,Might go to M'Ville for just a day to visit and hangout and walk 7 miles,,,Appreciate cha girl !!!
Hey now Dash! I resemble that statement. Made me wonder about any senior citizen discounts available in Negril...:culpability:
Island Lux looks like my kind of place. Might have to chip off some of my Portland time this summer and check it out.
RonMon...the link below shows some pics from Pimentoz which is located on the Island Lux property and a pic of their beach area.

While I understand the feeling, there is a flip side.
Little Cesar's and Popeye's are next! Sav will be getting some competition! Applebee's is having enough trouble in the north, can't see them here.
And to be fair, Jamaicans', for the most part (think Kingston), are glad that these places exist. The franchises are all Jamaican owned, and they want to have options on where to go. During Dream Weekend, with all the influx of visitors around the island, Margaritaville and BK have been some of busiest businesses in town.
When nearly every meal you have since you have been born includes chicken and rice and peas, something different is nice.
After the high season is over, these businesses must rely on the locals to remain open. If the locals don't want these businesses to succeed, they won't. McDonald's was forced by economics to leave the island years ago...
If the people like it, allow them to exist. Remember that each of these franchises are Jamaican owned and employ Jamaican's, just as Negril.com has been doing.
Hopefully "Little Ochi" and "Pimentoz" will return the favor and set up a franchise near you soon!
