The location for the 20th Annual Boardie Bash will be announced this week!

So keep checking the Negril Message Board for the announcement! Friday April 27th promises to be a great day!

Thank you all for 20 years of excellent get togethers! We have come a long way from 1999 at the Negril Yacht Club!

Unfortunately Rudy quit Alfred's. I heard he's starting work today at Seasplash or somewhere around there. We'll be heading that way today or tomorrow.

That's what I said when I heard he quit. I'll let you know when I find out.

We found Rudy at the old Seasplash now called Yard. It's his first day on the job. I'd post a picture if I knew how.

Nancy Marie, I saw your picture on Rudy's page......That was a brilliant move of Seasplash, getting him,it will bring them lots of business. Nice of pic of you by the way !!

Yard Beach House (the former Seasplash) will be excellent for Rudy!

Outside of my 2 guys at WHite Sands (Tony & Paul), Rudy was my fav on the beach. I checked out their website for the Yard Beach House and didn't see any bar hours. What kind of hours will Rudy have there? Does that place stay open late?

Rudy is in training this week working 3 til 11. He tells me the bar is open 24 hrs. He doesn't know his regular schedule yet. I'll post if I find out before I leave in a few weeks.

I am hoping Roots Bamboo will be considered soon. The beach there is wonderful and a large bar!

Great choice! We were at the Yacht Club in 1999 and our second boardie meeting was at Alfred’s 2001!

As promised, we are announcing the 20th Annual Boardie Bash this week!

The location for the 2018 Bash on April 27th will be Skylark on the beach!

Yup...so new it's not even open yet...it's a combination of redevelopment and new building. :congratulatory:

Boardies will be some of the first to visit Skylark (this is the Rockhouse's first beach location in Jamaica).

Rockhouse resort on the beach is legit. Enjoy everyone and appreciate how much the Rockhouse org gives back to the community. Wish we could make it, but have SE Asia coming up next. Will be back later in the year.....
