Hey JAHlove (cool name)
Sorry, I Don't know.
I'm still trying to find a link to the actual boundaries of Negril. Still being considered a village may be the issue.
The northern border is anywhere from near the Petcom gas station to up past the Riu resorts.
The Eastern border is anywhere from the road just before the Texaco gas station to near the golf course.
The southern border is anywhere from the lighthouse to as far as the Westender Hotel.
Still looking for a good link...
Man, I was way off.
Somewhere I have a layout of the lots and numbers of properties on the beach. If I can find it!
Might have some indication of the village lines

Thanks CaptainD and Rob. Appreciate your research on this question.
Negril has no boundaries. It engulfs the hearts of all who know it and through them has expanded throughout the known world and beyond.
Way to go Odinson, ................great answer.
Odinson...Love It!!!
Thanks - I feel it and need it more than ever right now - now to get all this done so I can get there and not be dragged out of my reverie by the Babylon back home.
I've always considered Negril to start at that last left turn from MoBay that puts you on the beach road (Hanover, I know...) then ending at The Westender - now I believe I have to change that to ending at Somewhere West.
A sign that says "Welcome to Negril" is by the airport but that doesn't necessarily mean that's where the boarder line is. The funny thing though is when Royalton wanted to build a hotel that was taller the tallest palm tree (they went up 4 stories), one of their arguments was that the are not in Negril.
The Royalton is in Hanover Parish. The old "no taller than the tallest palm tree" guide was voted on by the Westmoreland Parish Council.
Rutland Point, where the Royalton is, may or may not be technically part of Negril.
There is also a sign at the Westmoreland/Hanover Parish line welcoming you to Negril.
This is very confusing...
