pam...lots of great changes at WS. They have remodlled the whole kitchen and dining area, and are now serving a Jamaican buffet every Friday night .
Jojo, what about the staff ?
I actually haven't been there since April, but get updates and pictures from their page. Why, did you hear of a staff change ?
Thanks for your reply jojo. That is why I was asking if someone has been there in the last month. Caught wind that there may be some changes.
Funny, if there had been a change, I'm surprised I haven't heard , as I know dozens of folks that stay there, oh well, I guess will find out soon enough .
Yeah..... I was hoping for some confirmation. Changes are good.......but not all changes☹️
Tony is in the states working
Tony was one of the main reasons we liked White Sands the 2 times we stayed there. Sorry to see him go :( But wish him well!
I highly doubt that tony's there permanently... alot of guys there bartend in the states during the slow seasonQuote:

I unfortunately believe Tony has left permanently. That is why I was asking if anyone has been there. I was wondering if Paul was gone as well. They might have great new bartenders, but NO ONE can replace Tony. Again, some changes are great, some not so much.
We love Tony and his smile and Paul with his calm coolness

I saw this too......Answers my questions.
We just returned from a 2 week stay at WS. Everall is a new bartender and is AWESOME!!! I believe Rochelle was there one day while we were there, but not sure if she is still working there. As far as we were concerned, Everall was the best! We didn't even know he was new, as this was our first stay at White Sands. Paul wasn't rude or anything, just very quiet, while Everall was quite happy to keep us entertained. We liked him so much, as well as the other staff, Jeffery, especially, that we already booked for the same time next year!
