Farmers market today

It was the big market near town today and I needed veggies. By the time I left, my bag was very heavy. The produce was beautiful and the stalls full when I went this morning.

After I got back a headed to Alfred's where I met these two people. Anyone out there know them 😉

The water looked very inviting, so after my splurge of a BLT (minus the L) I headed in. At first it felt warm but once i got further I realised it was quite cool.
Capt.Moses was preparing his boat for a BBQ on the island and people were beginning to arrive.

There were some paddle boards out there too. I'd try but my balance wouldn't let me.

Hey SLP,
I too, went to the Farmer's Market.
After seeing so many wonderful fruits and veggies,
I loaded up and then realized I had way to much food to walk back.

I headed to the road and thought about a Route Taxi,
but I had to drop the food off at my J-families house.

I saw one man in a car towards the road dropping someone off.
I yelled "OY!!" Oy!!

He turned and looked at me.
I walked up to the car, offered him $500J.

He said sure, and drove me home.

I ate good that week. :-)

Where do they hold the market and what days?

Markospoon - when I came out I was looking for a route and a lady asked where I was going. She gave me a free lift. People are wonderful.

The one I went to is just before the round-a-bout on Wednesday but it is not always here. There is another, smaller one, by Couples on Fridays ( I think).

It's supposed to be the last Wednesday of every month.

ha!! I know them too!!! Local Legends from Boston!!!! The best people. So sorry to have missed them this year.
