From what I've heard, Clamato is mostly a Canadian thing. Not sure if you could find it in Jamaica.
Clamato is available in most large stores. I know for sure it's at HiLo most times.
I usually just make my own

During high season...Clamato gets harder to find...it's also crazy expensive.
If you can get hold of the Clamato powder...it's more convenient than bringing the liquid in your luggage.

Stoner5...You can also just go to Candian Tire and pick up the Ceasar Pleaser.
We saw ceasar pleaser in Negril last month at the convenience store up the road from Rooms opposite side.
We are also seeing more clamato juice in various store's here in Montego Bay.

Anyone know if the ingredients contain anything from a clam or shellfish ? My wife is allergic to shellfish.

Guess I need to re-phrase my question .............. Does Caesar Teaser contain any clam or shellfish products? I can not find a list of ingredients.
Ceasar Pleaser, not Teaser, is a powdered tomato clam cocktail mix.
There is powdered clam extract in it. Since your wife is allergic to shellfish, there is no reason for her to risk drinking it.
news update on clamato juice in Negril. good luck. flew in to Mo Bay 3 weeks ago and stopped at mega mart for beer and rum. didn't look for clamato as I had packed a few jugs. anyway started to run low and went looking everywhere in Negril. only place that had any was sweet spot store across from Rooms. they wanted 950 J for a 945 ml jug. they had 1. 2 days later they got more in. now 1150 J. they cited supplier increase. I call bull on that one. so if you want it.pack it. a 1.89 litre jug weighs 5 pounds.
