We were there for a week in March, right before things got serious in the states. We booked our room for return trip in December before we left Negril. I have not yet booked our airfare but typically would be looking to do so in the next couple of weeks. So, when are you going? Are you already booked?

Yep, WHite Sands contacted me last week for their down payment for my Nov/Dec (Nov 27th-Dec 13th) and Feb trips, So I made that payment and then got all the flights (They all gave the option to change the flights for free, So I didn't feel like I was taking a big risk booking them).
Glad to hear it! We will be there for a week in December and should have some overlap with you.....we will have to Somewhere West again :)

We are booked for November 17 th for 2 weeks. Hopefully we don’t have to cancel. Keeping an open mind though.

going in December/later part of this year or the start of next year is the smart choice right now for a lot of reasons...…..

We are booked, both hotel and flights, for late Dec. into early Jan., meaning we've paid for the flights and paid half of the hotel costs. The airline is offering free changes (essentially, we can cancel and get a voucher for the dollar amount), and the hotel has changed their policy to have only a minimal fee for cancellation up to 30 days in advance if they retain the deposit against future reservations, so why not? We just need to decide what we're actually doing by Thanksgiving. I know we're fortunate to be able to afford to do this, but we can, and the hotel, where we've been treated very well for years, can I'm sure use the deposit money right now.
