Jerkfest starts out with a 'boom boom' blast.....and staying next door at Xtabi, you get the full treatment when it comes time to prepare. We love walking over in the early day, checking out the stalls and the vendors are just getting ready to sell their wares.

Earlier in the day is a great time to walk over to 3 Dives as the vendors are just getting set up. The pots of food are being prepared and everything looks so good!

Your pictures have been fantastic Sprats. I have been to the Jerk Fest twice and the only problem (LOUD music aside) I found was there there is too much choice. I wish that the venders would offer "samplers" - for which you pay of course - so that you could taste more than one person's food.
I've only been able to attend the jerkfest once, but after looking at your pics I'd sure like to attend again! Very nice!
