Are you putting down a connecting flight number….? I think it has to be the flight number from your last flight before landing in ja….. ????
I had same issue with southwest flight that began with zero. I dropped the zero and flight was found. Hope this works for you too.

Also...is there a possibility you applied too early?
They may not recognize the flight if you've applied to early.
This sounds different but using Chrome has solved some of these issues.

If you're able to put in a "faux flight number" & get your travel verification approval...I would definitely take a copy of the email you received from VisitJamaica saying that they told you to put in a "faux flight number".Quote:
