I have a quick visit coming up. What is the best day of the week and time of day to visit Red Dragon for jerk pork? Do they cook pork 7 days a week? I am seeking best day of the week to obtain jerk pork and perhaps get a seat at the bar without big crowd competing for resources?

No Jerk on Sunday.
I prefer Monday afternoons around noon, definitely before 1pm just to be sure.

Mark is NOT cooking pork anymore at Natural Mystic. I just spoke with him and he apologized. I told him he had nothing to apologize about and thanked him for his past incredibly tasty efforts. So NO pork on Sundays at Natural Mystic. But still the place to watch the NFL in Negril!!!Quote:
