^^^^^ Sweetness' SOON COME BACK Party ^^^^^

Well I have only a week leff on my long reach and I have had the greatest time. Settled in and felt like home but its not (lol). I miss my family and Mom's pup Betsy so it will be nice to feel their love on my return.

Sooo.....I hope any boardies that are in town will come and join me for:
Soon Come Back Party SEASIDE
Westender on Saturday the 17th
2:00 pm until 6:00ish
Fish, breadfruit and Rum Punch

If you think you would like to come please post so - that way I know about how much food to plan for. All welcome!!! The staff and some of my JA friends will be there. Other beverages and food is available from the restaraunt/bar. I may also be able to help with transportation so don't let that stop you from comin out to visit the far West End.

Hey sista!! How nice of you!! I am planning to stop by, unsure if early or later. Hopefully, nothing will come up to prevent me from stopping by. Sometimes, some of our Jamaican friends that we have known for over 17 years...stop by with little notice. So , barring any of that, I should be there. Even if Bill doesn't want to get up off him backside, our good friend John is going to be there and he may be able to ride me down on his bike. If anything does come up, I'll come for the bonfire on Sunday. I really would like to say Hi and give you a big hugup before you turn your back.

Yetta! Would love to have you out and any of your friends....all welcome. Remember to ck me if you end up needing a ride - I may see if I can get the van to pick up a few and drop back.

Thanks Sweetness!! I was in no way being rude, it's just that sometimes our friends don't know exactly when they can come by..with their work schedules, etc...I know you "overstand"!! I am honored just for the invite!! I am sooo psyched that I can hardly stand it. Leaving Wednesday am at 7... arriving in Mobay about 2pm. This is our longest stay ever..23 days yeah!!

I know that we will see each other again! You are indeed a shining light! I am already packed except for the small things. Again, I know I overpacked, as usual, but right now, I don't care. I just want to be back inna mi yard again!! You have been a God send with your posts. They have helped me survive the wait. I am going to work hard at getting there. Hanging out pon da west end is truly paradise. And to be with good friends, priceless!! Soon come to the Soon come back party!!

Yetta my dear I did not think you were rude....no way.....no worries....I was confessing that often in JA I have things come up and despite my intentions I have had to miss some things - at first I felt so bad and then I realized everyone understands so yes I overstand sister.

I am so anxious to see the new and improved Seastar. Everything here is taken care of...and as long as my lab is well cared for...I am good. I appreciate your understanding and without a doubt....I will be making every effort to see you before you leave. You are such an inspiration to this board....fi sure!! Sweetness- I'll try to make a cabbage salad or something similar to bring as a side dish, if that's okay with you. We will have a small kitchen, so I should be able to throw something simple together...I hope so anyway, I haven't tried to cook in Jamaica before, so we'll see. :o
