Raining cats and dogs for about 2 hours this afternoon. The road between corner bar and mandrax corner was closed and everyone had to go up through red ground. Trucks small buses and cars had traffic snarled and took about 20 minutes to get through. It is still drizzling a bit now but we hope to get out for dinner tonight. They are saying heavy rains and strong winds starting tomorrow afternoon (Monday) until Tuesday. Have safe travels getting here.

A highlight of last week was running into Karl Ricketts.
He was strolling the beach, not vending just on a morning cruise,
We asked him to join us and tell our friends about his work……
He laid out some samples, attracted a crowd, had a coffee with us in a water. A certain sparkle came back to his eye as people look at his art..
My Friend commissioned a large piece right off the bat, to be picked up hence later in the week if canvas could be found. We also had him commission customize our second small piece with a specific small boat we love. It was so good to see him and have a pop up art show.
……
After last weeks storm we where not shore if Karl would make it back, having to get canvas in Sav.
He showed up a few days early in, the morning looking happy clean and healthy
Letting my friends know their big piece was underway. Delivering our custom on canvas and frame.
This little artistic set is a soul connection to Negril and will look so good in our home.
Later in the week, he delivered a beautiful, large custom canvas for our friends. That was absolutely amazing….. picture somewhere soon.
