West End Tales: November 2024

Happy Sunday morning everyone!

Flight arrived 1/2 hour early!
Club Mobay Alia did a wonderful job, kiosk, E gate Immigrations, Duty Free, then grabbed my checked luggage. Minimal lines at all three.

Oz was waiting and off we went to Valerie?s in Sandy Bay. Recent rains have created lots of pot holes in the road!

Valerie greeted me with a BIG HUG!

Had a few cold ones, and then off to Negril!

Just a minor delay getting through Lucea.

Princess Hotel in Green Island is open, but doesn?t look finished yet. It was dark and couldn?t see much.

Stopped at Mi Yard to have a few with Delroy, Loyd, Ricky and Richard. Pearl kept the beer flowing.

Stopped by Rob?s to drop off some belly bombs.

Checked in at Seastar and the fun began. Big hug from Oshin, Delroy cooked up an excellent Jerk Pork, rice and peas. Chris joined at the bar. Good conversation!

Headed to bed with the gleep gleep loud and clear.

Breakfast soon come.

Happy Monday morning!

Busy day yesterday! Up at dawn and into the pool. Breakfast at Seastar. Back into the pool and some sun for a bit.

Walked up the lane and headed south past LTU, then south past Somerville Hotel.
Back to Seastar and into the pool again!

Chilled on my porch and then had lunch and watched football.

Took a nap and into the pool AGAIN!

Changed and watched more football. Baker showed up and we knocked back a few cold ones.

Had curry shrimp for dinner. Headed over to Delroy’s bar in the Fisherman’s village. Flam stopped by for a few Heinekens.

Back to Seastar for a few more, then off to bed.

Up at dawn and into the pool.

Having breakfast and then another walk.

walking to LTU last night we took some folks down sea star lane to show them the property..

We should have stopped in formally…. ( I’m sure we need more beer lol )

Keep up the great posts they help easy the pain as we roll toward the end of this reach and back to Babylon..

Happy Tuesday morning Boardies,

After breakfast yesterday, into the pool and then layed in the sun.

Took a nap and read a bit on my balcony.

After lunch Ashley picked me up, then Rob and off we went to Boardwalk Village.
ATM, HiLo, and then some t-shirt shopping. Stopped downtown at Rocky’s Sports Bar for a few.

Then up the West End road to Seastar.

Jumped in the pool again!

Had a beer with Garrett and Shakes. Baker stopped by for dinner. I had curried shrimp again.

After dinner, we crossed the lane to Denise’s Rum Bar. Bought a full Que for the assembled regulars.

Watched the action in the Village.
They were watching an old Police TV series with William Shatner on Denise’s TV.
A hot dominos game was in progress.

Headed back to Seastar and early to bed.

Happy Wednesday morning Boardies,

Chilled yesterday at Seastar.
In and out of the pool all day.

Around 4:30 walked up to LTU for a few beers and the sunset.
The sunset was blocked by a cloud bank. Oh well, will try again today.

Walked back to Seastar and there were a good number of tourists walking on the Westend Road.

Met Baker and Garrett at the bar and had chicken fingers for a light dinner.

Headed over to CC’s for a few beeers and an action packed dominoes tournament!
Baker was victorious!
A couple of kids were hanging around so I went over to Miss Dell’s and bought some ice cream for them.

Headed back to Seastar and chatted with Chris for a bit.

Will be a chill day at Seastar today.

Happy Thursday morning Boardies,

Chill day at Seastar yesterday. Three trips to the pool.

Rob stopped by for dinner and we ordered Rib Eye steaks.

Baker stopped by to join us and spent the night drinking beer and having a good time!

I would type more, but typing with one finger on my iPad is too slow!

Yesterday morning and this morning it has been a bit too cool for my before breakfast swim. No worries, just have to wait until after breakfast.

Everyone is looking forward to Luciano’s concert December 6th.

May head up to LTU tonight for the sunset.

Happy Friday morning Boardies:

The weather has been excellent so far, mid 80’s low humidity and no rain.

Too cool to swim before breakfast, will have to wait.

Walked up to LTU around 4pm yesterday. Saw Skip walking by LTU headed south. Someone was with him, couldn’t tell if it was Ernie or not.

AfTer I got back to Seastar, Baker showed up for dinner and a few beers (no rum)!
I had the grilled snapper.

Called it an early night and sat on my balcony soaking in the sounds from Village across the lane.
Fell asleep to the gleep gleep.

Headed to town this afternoon for a few errands.
Will stop at Central Park/Car wash for Ricky 22 PAC’s show.

Driving down the West End Road around 4:30 pm today the was a rainbow over the Great Morass. Didn’t get a photo, but it was beautiful.

Currently sitting in a beauty parlor at Coral Seas Plaza waiting for a pedicure!

Ukrans has high demands for his foot fetish photos!! ��

Had a few at Rocky’s to build my courage!

Headed to Ricky 22 PAC’s show after.

Great day yesterday!

After my pedicure, headed up the West End road to Central Park aka The Car Wash across from Negril Escape. Ricky’s Jam Party was rocking away! Bag Juice was serving cold red stripes and rum.

Headed back to Seastar with Baker and had stuffed chicken breast with calallo and cheese.

Headed to bed reasonably early.

Garrett’s daughter Adrianna is 5 today!

Tonight there is a Birthday Party in the village.

Sitting on my balcony enjoying the breeze and night sounds.

Lasko’s party is cranking up. Rumor is the police paid a visit earlier and asked them to turn it down. Baker noticed as we were eating dinner the music from the party had stopped.

Dinner was escovite snapper with rice and peas. Delicious prepared by Delroy.

It is about 77F and Shantanna has long pants and a hoodie with the hood up!! I’m sweating at the bar and she is bundled up!
