Blue Horizon West

It has been a while but we will be in Negril for a few days and would like to invite any of our "old" friends who are around to join us Sunday at Blue Horizon West on the West End Road for a drink and sunset. Ms. P. is doing her incredible Pre-Valentine all-you-can-eat buffet which we would never miss. So we will be staying for dinner for sure. Fresh seafood, chicken and all the fixin's. She has even added curry goat this year. YUM! YUM! So, we hope to catch up on the news with anyone who is around. Bill & Lisa, sorry you had to leave early and will miss the good food and good vibes. Oh you are making me jealous BeachPyro......Blue Horizon is a special place for me and Bill and Jean are such gracious hosts. The food is always good but the buffett sounds AMAZING. If I was around this Sunday the 12th for the Pre-Valentine Feast - I would be there. Just a few photos of the place from last month........sunset at this location will bring tears to your eyes.....please tell Bill and Jean Sweetness sends her love!!!!!

This is the west ends best kept secret...wonderful people and the food is outstanding.....add in a beautiful view

I can also vouch for BeachPyro's advice. I was reintroduced to BHW by T and JC (Hi guys! Wish we were there although warmest winter ever in Tinytown.) a few years back. Great food and a bargin place to stay. We'll have to wait until their Mother's Day buffet to enjoy Bill's massive and tasteful music collection and Jean's delicious food. Respect --Marblehead

Love that little place..and the owners are two of the nicest people and wonderful host/hostess....Not a fancy place-but nice basic rooms(few with exc.views) good location-great rates-good restaurant on site.

They sure are!

We are so hungry. But we won't be tomorrow!! YUM!!

We stayed there for many years until we got a place of our own. It was our favorite place to stay. The upstairs sea side rooms are wonderful for view and sound of the sea. And of course, having a good restaurant on site so we didn't even need to move was very pleasant.

Well, the weather wasn't perfect. There were high seas last night so the buffet was moved to the front of the restaurant. But it didn't seem to dampen the evening. Yummy food - jerk chicken, fried fish, curried goat and all the fixings. As well as soup to start and chocolate cake to finish. DJ played great music and a great time was had by all. Ms. P always puts on a great spread and her specials are always really special. It was good to see some of our old friends and sorry we missed others - catch you another time. T&JC
