We will be in Negril from April 2nd - 13th - 5th time in 6 years! Just can't stay away...
This time we want to go to Pelican Bar for a day. There will be 6 of us and we aren't planning on anything other than going there.
Does it matter who you find to take you? Any advice would be great!

I've used Kenny before and also Barrett Adventures Both were great but I would probably go with Kenny again just because he was more "personable" than our driver with Barrett.

Wife and I just booked JuJu tours for a day trip to include YS falls, Black River and the Pelican Bar!! Cost was 120 US each and includes a lunch and booze!!
I have used Clive before and agree with that recommendation. Also the others mentioned get regular good reviews here and on other trip advisor sites.
But making arrangements on your own is expensive. I saw a post that Rocky's Tours made on Floyd's FB page that I thought was a great idea. He started a regular Thu trip (said was a slow day for the sites) with idea of taking multiple people from multiple hotels to make it more affordable. Essentially a regularly scheduled group trip, rather than a private tour - with the price divided up accordingly. He goes to YS Falls, Black River, and Floyd's that day - not sure what order.
I can't say from personal experience because I have not used him myself - but have seen other posts that he is a good operator. Just an idea.

Just saw this thread. Here is a link to a trip report I did the last time I went to the South Coast and Pelican Bar. Went with Kenny and I also would highly recommend him. You'll have a great time no matter who you go with. It's beautiful over on that side of the island!

I have used Rocky twice for PB trips and he has been awesome both times. We really enjoyed those trips, and I will be using him again in December. There are a lot of very good drivers in Negril, but for us, Rocky is our favorite.
