the only thing we really needed to get that we couldn't bring with us was a lighter! We usually say that if we didn't bring it, it wasn't that important anyway....if it is that important, we buy it there. No worries....
... Travel speakers ( I love music, big mistake not to bring any!), candles and more outfits (always seems as if I could have done with just one more outfit lol) :)

As far as forgetting stuff - one year I forgot my bathing suit and had to buy one in town. These days we really have it down to a science. Been years since I said "dang, I wish I'd remembered that".

We forget NOTHING these days as we have a list developed over the years which is updated after each trip ............... best things we DIDN'T forget ? ? ? It is a tie between toilet SEAT bolts and toilet FLANGE bolts .............. don't ask why ! ! !
One time I stepped on an urchin and wished I would have bought a pair of tweezers, so now I always bring the tweezers.
My best "forgot to pack" was deoderant! In Jamaica. Seriously? Just call me Stinky and move back a few paces!!!!!
