Sweetness Trip Report April 2012 - YS Falls

It was my first time to YS Falls (only been to Mayfield) and I was very impressed. It was clean, organized and oh so beautiful. It was $16US entry fee and there is a tram to carry you over the Falls from the entrance area. THere is gift shop, changing rooms, various places to enter the water. The water was cold, clean and STRONG.....very very cool place. I would love to go back. Marley/Ninja did the zipline which was extra$, I will let them tell you about that. Had a blast!!!!

Good question Andy. I don't know what river flows down YS Falls. maybe another boardie will know. YS Falls is so so beautiful.

I'm so glad you got out and exp that area Sweetness....I wish more people would-pictures can't capture how beautiful it is....ans of course Pelican Bar, is a once-in-a-lifetime must do too !!!

YS Falls is from YS river then on to Black River,,the water for the falls is from underground springs, which originate in caves....

wow I love those pics and am so glad you went to YS falls, it has got to be one of my favorite places in the world, and definitley plan on showing it to my good friend Lori when we get to Negril ourselves come August. :)
