the hard working construction guys - I have to say what a pleasure it was to have them around the pool - I was here by myself, and at the pool everyday - they were always friendly,polite & respectful - I'm gonna miss seeing them every day and watching them create this building with such pride

I remember them working on the rooms during the Bellyflop contest....of course they took breaks during that time...can you blame them?!?!? LOL

Tawnee, you're a star! These are sensational. We will need to do some follow up "progress report" in June! 4 rooms you say? I had thought the original plan was for 10 - 5 up/5 down ... or is that a matter of "one step at a time" to get the whole journey done? I am thrilled for Chris and Francine! this is a great statement to their work! AND was that Garreth in that shot? Bonus!

Hey .... off topic, how's Rambo? He is the cutest thing on the planet! Wait, make that "one of the cutest things on the planet". Shakey is in there, and Sanjay, .. OK. Rambo's in the top 10.

Poolguy - you are right! More rooms will be built. I don't know the status of Chris' boat, but it looked pretty nice to me

Love the rooftop view and a glimpse of one of my favourite houses on Seastar Lane....the little bungalow with the columned round porch.
Would love to own that one.

I figured the boat was gone as I saw Chris towing one when I was there two weeks ago. But I do not think it was THAT BIG. Nice boat Chris!
