What to do with those 1 LB. coffee burlap bags....just one idea...anyone else???

A plastic bag with holes in the bottom filled with potting soil inserted inside the burlap bag, watered good, and a chunk of thyme planted and a handle from a gift bag for hanging.

What's your idea??

I have potted plants sitting on some and 1 hanging on the wall in the kitchen that we stick important receipts etc. in.

Thats a great idea. I throw mine away because I don't like the feel of the burlap. I know, I am weird.:rolleyes:

I am making a window covering out of mine. Gonna go on the basement window - will let in a bit of light and no one can see in.

Great suggestions. We are giving the thyme planter to one of our friends for her birthday today. I'm sure she would rather have the sack filled with spare change; but....
