Came in today. Sitting in my cubicle. Wishing Panera bread wasn't such a far drive from my office. Watched the Phillies blow the game in the 9th last night. Had some some Rita Water Ice. Have 4 more hours left in my cubicle.

Just got settled into The Spa Retreat! This place is nuts!! Been coming to Jamaica for like 20 years and this place is in my top 10 hotels. It looks like its going to be a nice night on the cliffs. Lobster for dinner!!
I wish I had a Seastar In breakfast in front of me.
A nice spanish style omlette with lots of veg and a side of bacon and toast and home fries.

Ah, my new best neighborhood in Negril. What a great spot to jump into the Sea.
Villa sur mer is very nice! I have stayed there a few times both in the big house and in the various suites they offer on the other side of the street. In my opinion the rooms are probably the best on the west end. All the suites are equipped with a full modern kitchen as well. There is a beautiful pool nestled in the back of the property for the guest that stay in the suites. It's a cool area to hang out. If no one is staying at the big house which is seaside they will let you use the outside area pool and sea access. If someone is in the big house you acces the sea through a cave that leads to a platform with lounge chairs. You don't get much sun there and can get hot if no breeze but it's cool. The staff are wonderful people. The owner of the property is a very nice man and they will accommodate in any way possible. There is no resturant but you can hire a chef who by the way is awesome or LTU is next door. SeaStar and Catcha are pretty close too. Villas Sur Mer is great with a bunch of friends! There were some people coming in to stay in the big house for the weekend so I moved down to The Spa Retreat which is another fantastic property. Hope that gives you a good idea booger.

Chilling on da Westend is the perfect phrase We got here Thursday afternoon. Went to the Canoe to say hi to Some of the boardies and finished at 3 Dives with Grilled Lobster & Jerk chicken love that joint. Woke up yesterday to the smell of bacon and went to our kitchen an our chef Delkia was making us up a feast with 6 fresh fruits and Banana Pancakes, hung in the pool for a while and then a nap while it rained

Not together but we should meet for a cocktail or too as we are both based in Md. give us a call Koolbreeze if you wanna have a cocktail 359-6004 we are staying at a private villa next to Moon Dance Cliffs gonna spend most of today here but we may hop on the scooter and head down to the beach for a bit. We have the liquor cabinet full and bananas in the freezer ready to whip up a blender or 2 of Dirty Bananas, float in the pool and snorkel off our cliff wish y'all were here
