awesome, so close. It seemed so far-off for a while, I guess time has flown, I better start paying attention. I can't wait to hear about your trip and the blow by blow on both SATP and Travelers, both of which don't get reported on as much as some of the other resorts. Take full advantage of the AI experience, lots of fresh fruit blended drinks and some of the more decadent bar concoctions. I hope your friend enjoys her time there as well.

Well I did my "trip shopping" today, and bought three new sundresses, so now I am bringing five dresses with me, and even though they are casual and cost like $16 each, they made me feel really pretty when I put them on and now I will have something to wear when I'm at SATP dining in the evenings. :) I also bought lipstick, lol, now my son wants to know what's up and I tried to explain that it was for ME but the way he rolled his eyes I don't think he bought it, but oh well! :D Also bought my mosquito repellent and sunscreen and stuff too, and ended up cutting into my budget for the trip itself a little,but it was worth it because I'm worth it.
I'm getting more and more excited now, but now the problem is going to be fitting it all into two suitcases and a carry on!
You're going to have an incredible time, N Holic .... Please take good notes -- I learned about carrying a notebook around from YOU ....
OH I will be sure and take notes, and I will do a trip report here on Negril.com too, no reason not to. :D

Oh you know I made arrangements for window seats on all my flights when I made the reservations..and told my friend Lori I thought she should get a window seat..so when she made her reservation she got the one right behind me so we can both look out and see the island as we approach... :cool:

lol, I tend to pack, repack, unpack, wear what I need to pack, wash it, pack again, then still forget at least one thing and not realize it until I get to the airport, lol! :D

Well I got my suitcases ready, lol! I have your standard black suitcases, so to 'dress' them up a bit to be able to identify them easier on the carousel, I decided to do so with my usual flair..heck with neon colored tape..others do that too..I just got some bumper stickers that show my support for the 99% and other left leaning political views and plastered them on the suitcases. :D
damn...is it Tuesday already..and I leave Friday!!!! wooooooooohooooo!!!
and my bumper stickers aren't really sticking to the suitcase, and even duck tape doesn't help, so now I got to think of something else to get them to stay put...
Careful what views you advertise on your luggage. Handler's may respond with roughness. I tie coloured ribbons on the handles (.not too long) Just 3 sleeps NH!

I am done packing, and according to my luggage scale, they are only 40 and 38 lbs, respectively, didn't think it would be that little...will prolly repack to reorganize stuff that I will use most and first more to the top..realized I had packed the floaties (brought one for me and one for my friend Lori) on the bottom of one of the suitcases, so will rearrange that to the top..
only thing I forgot was a little umbrella..will make one last trip to the store and add that too...maybe a bubba mug too..

Oh man, done with everything, I hope, did my check in online but will still need to go to the counter because I have to pay extra for a second bag but hopefully when I return can fit the medium suitcase inside the small one and not have to pay a charge on the way back.
