Negril through the eyes of my little sister (pics)
My 17 year old sister, Amber, traveled to Jamaica for the first time 2 weeks ago. She loved it and was at awe with everything…. The nature, the animals, the smells, the sounds, the ocean, the food.
It was an amazing experience to be there with her while she took it all in and to hear her observations on everything. I’ll never forget her expression when she first walked through the grounds of Catcha Falling Star. Her jaw dropped and her eyes widened. I could see her mind was blown. This was an entirely new world for her.
She took a lot of pictures and she downloaded the images from her camera onto my laptop on the last day of our trip.
I viewed all of her pictures when I returned home and I really enjoyed seeing Negril through her eyes! I think these images are incredibly beautiful and I wanted to share some of them with you guys.
There is something really special about those pictures you capture on your very first trip to the Island.

Re: Negril through the eyes of my little sister (pics)
these are gorgeous i especially love the dogs... i am for sure an animal lover... i tend to gravitate more to animals than pepole it seems to me that animals understand life more and are easier to read as long as you know how to read them... they will tell you exactly how they feel... its all body language and domestic dogs have similar body language to us... they also know how to read us... they read us much like we read eachother we start from left to right... if you have a dog see if you can see it when they look at you they always look at the leftside of your face first... this is a very fast process but has been proven...enough for my animal leson for today.... I cant wait for my pictures im gunna take a million hehe thank you very much clarity, also thank your sis for us!

Re: Negril through the eyes of my little sister (pics)
Thanks everyone!! I’ve sent this link to my little sister so she can read your comments. I hope it encourages her to keep taking pictures because she really does have an eye for photography. She has a lot of creative talent and she doesn't always believe me when I tell her that!:o
Gerryg123 – What?? that’s ME snorkeling! lol! I was actually really nervous, it was my first time swimming off the cliffs without Markus by my side. No lionfish encounters though, it was all good.
Beebeluv – My sister loves dogs too! She stopped to pet every single doggie she encountered in Jamaica. I know what you mean about animals, there is an innocence, loyalty and a trust that you get from your pets and you can’t get anywhere else. . I’m really looking forward to seeing your pictures from Jamaica!
Marley – Amber fell head over heals in love with Ben! She spent a lot of time with him at Catcha. They were always together. Our family Pug, Percy passed away not too long ago. He was 14 years old and she is really missing him. She was happy to be able to spend time with another dog for a while.

I love Ben too....I am so happy to hear that Amber bonded with him and spent time with him, he is such a sweet dog. How is he doing? Better I hope. When we were last there in April he wasn't doing so well. He wasn't even eating so I gave him the treats I had brought him and it was all he would eat at the time.....but he looks great in this photo!
Thanks for sharing it...thank Amber too! And yes, she definitely has a gift, a true photographers eye for sure...very talented!

Thaks Clarity for sharing your sis's pics with us. She took some great shots and it was awesome to be taken back to Catcha for a brief moment.
Ben was good to go when we saw him in July. Hair looks much better and he is back to being a happy dude. Love how he makes his way to the North to handle his business too. Good boy Ben!
