Hi Lee. I've flown Delta non-stop from Detroit Saturday to Saturday for years but I fly December and March during high season. I guess they don't offer direct flights during the off season.
Thanks for the info Lee will have to check that out. I have booked a direct flight on Delta to MBJ before only to be notified later it was changed to a stop over in Atlanta.

we stay at a real nice guest house in Belmont right next to Peter Toshs memorial for about $ 40.00 u.s. a nite, there is a nice small local bar next door, be sure to visit Pelican bar, down by Black River, soon come
I certainly would rather have a direct flight from DTW; but have been flying via Atlanta for the past too many years and have not had one airport related issue ever at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. I've had a lot more issues at the departing airport in Jamaica.
