Forgive me if this question is taboo, but it has been on my mind for a while now. What happens in Negril that has tourists (women mainly) falling in love with a local? Perhaps it happens all over Jamaica. I ask solely because I too have been bitten by this love bug in the past, and just want to understand more about the phenomenon.

It's not strictly a Jamaica thing..it happens anywhere you go in the world. When traveling to a different country, it's new and exciting and the culture is different...the MEN are different than what you are used to at home. Different accent, different style....you get the idea.
