Sigh.....this marks pretty much the 2 year anniversary of when I got that awful news about that storm that wiped out Catcha (and therefore my wedding)
Hope everyone is safe and that Catcha doesn't take on any damage. Sweetness once the storm has settled please check in on my home away from home and report back for us.
In the meantime, stay dry and safe :)

It should be moving..........................damnit, a commercial is playing now............................................ out fairly quickly. Stay dry, be good, and have another Appletons. luck of the draw......was down der four times this year and only had a couple showers......tru dat
though Jamaica is kinda known for getting some strong rains the beginning of October.....
especially if wi haven't had any good tropical storms in August and September.......
it's the last hurrah before the dry season comes upon us....usually Nov thru Feb can be pretty dry....
though in the Spring of 2010 wi kinda had a drought...never rained the last ten days of that April 2010...

Marko - tru tru ontiming. A local was telling me its good this hard storm is here now as it may ensure no more "big ones" this year. Funny to see folks in jeans and jackets last night (lol).
Toto is still in Kansas, Sweetness! He remembers what happened last time he left .... the sun will come out soon. It always does. Be glad you aren't there for only a week! That would suck big time! Enjoy even the liquid sunshine. After all, it's still in Jamaica!

We were sitting up in the second story at Catcha Falling Star & watched the rain come across the sea...BIG PROBLEM...
got ridiculously soaked making a run to the bar for more drinks....:)....of course it all stopped when I got back to the room.
As I'm typing this....more rain started falling....yard is going to be gorgeous!!!!

I hear ya Fred. I am used to afternoon showers but this has been HARD and almost non-stop for four days but still a beautiful thing so I am not complaining! This morning I see some blue sky mix in the clouds so maybe it has passed...........
