~~ Sweetness Trip Report - Catcha Falling Star with Friends

My favorite resort in Negril is Catcha Falling Star. I have been lucky enough to stay there a few times for a treat and have enjoyed some of the most delicious food there too.

So my dear dear boardie friends (Booger & Sandie) surprised me this morning. All the way from CALI and here they are with me. There is no more loving soul than Sandie and I am lucky to call her my friend. Booger is the kind of man that other men are judged by. He is no lie...a prince.

After my "nap" lol I called them and they were at Catcha so I walked over and caught the end of the sunset, had 2 yes 2 pina coladas with rum floaters, Jerk Chicken and a salad plus some handsome guy bought us all a Red Headed Something I Can't Say LOL which was delicious!!!!! Soup came also mmmm. So much fun with the killer staff and it was hard to leave but so so much fun. I told Sandie I know how really blessed we are and I held all of you there with me by the sea knowing you would all love it just like us.

Oh that Bamboo Jerk Chicken Skewer had a bit of grill pineapple on it and under was crispy fried thin bits of onion and CAPERS OY

Thanks again for all the reports! How are the dogs dem? Bel and Pumpkin. I sometimes hesitate to ask about dogs or cats as they can be transient especially in Jamaica if you know what I mean. It's good to see all the same people there at CFSG. Wayne kept us in ice for the full week We were there 2 years ago. Really nice guy and very very helpful.

Sweetness, you made the night for us and thank you for coming by to hang out. Good times last night with the crowd at Ivan's and afterward we carried the party across the street to Ahhhbees. Good vibe there and a pretty decent crowd as well playing some fun games pool.

John ... today is Wayne's birthday so heading to town to get a slice of cake and a Guiness or Q of rum for a present for him. He is so nice and helpful. The dogs are now mine.....lol everyone feels that way I know. They lay on my living room rug w/me when home and on the porch when I am not.

Love Negril dogs ... the brown one looks like it might be a cousin of the Seastar Inn dog, Boy ... I wonder ....

On our way back on the previous trip. My GF was filling out my customs form for me. "Did you come into contact with any animals on your trip?" "Uhhh every single one that was close enough to me to touch it" Of course we wrote no.

I don't know if it works any more but back in the day we always said yes to the farm and animals question.

They would take us to the agricultural line and spray our shoes and check for foods and such.

The line was always very short and we'd get out in "two twos"

I swear, those pics of the pups are just too cute. I told you how wonderful they were and a big thank you for loving them so much. Pumpkin has the expression of total bliss. Plus, they are so much company to me when there. They give me my dog fix so that I don't miss my dear lab so much when gone.

Sweetness - Love the dog pics! The white one obviously trusts you implicitly; they don't just do that for anyone :) I can't wait to meet the dogs of Jamaica!
