~~ Sweetness Trip Report - the FAMOUS Bentley's Crab Shack - Part ONE

Such a great night I have to break it into two parts. It was my first time to finally make to Bentleys after all these years. Mr. couldn't come because he had to go to Kingston earlier than planned so my dear Mathis came with me. We met boardie Nikki V who I loved right away - she has a great smile and I wish I had spent more time talking with her.....I am a bit socially challenged. In a large group I have trouble conversing with everyone. I feel awkward when more than one person is talking to me lol.....I tried but hope I was not rude by seeming unfocused (ok now that makes me laugh...unfocused) Bentley was ready for us with a big table setup as the sun was setting and gentle breeze blowing on Pee Wee Lane.

Booger, Sandie and new friend Andrea came up the road and the party got started. Beers, food, laughs. I am rushed this morning to catch the bus to Kingston so mostly photos but I will add some comments later. Just gotta get these up though - what a FUN time we had. More love.......

It was a hippy from Maryland that taught Bentley the craft...... Have him tell you the story if you get a chance to eat there.

Also good to meet Monty and Melo and their friends there last night. Those peeps know how to party for sure...........

I know it's a necessary evil, and probably a much needed sourse of revenue for Rob, but it's funny that the blue hyperlink "smart ad" that gets generated I assume based on the subject matter discussed says "Bentley, Rolls, Specialist"...talking about cars at the top of the page as I type lol

It was an exceptional night - great food, great people. So glad I got meet & share the evening with everyone. Another memorable night for me in Negril.

I don't get the smell through the screen Gerryg, but for some reason I can hear Bentley and his laugh! Listen ... there it is again! And I have a huge grin on my face and I am chuckling to beat the band. Bentley is something special!!!

What a wonderful memory and the highlight of the last week for me. What a delightful evening with new friends!

have to add when Bentley talks about how he gots started and the "ippies" teach him to cook crab LOL. I crack up at how he says IPPY. What a sweet chef !
