Booger you crack me up. I am still miseable. Feel like I have been beaten. Have lots of meds but may go back to dr. Grant today and ask for a shot. Feel horrible. Now nausea added to the fever and chills. OY. this too shall pass.
Negril should be spared the worst of the storm and we are still waiting for the visa anyway so just hangin out :-)
So sorry Sweetness. That happened to me while there in June and it was NOT fun. Get some rest and hope you feel better soon!

Aww, so sorry to read that you are ill. Those body aches, fever and chills are no fun. Do you have the flu? I just got over it myself, and am just now feeling better. Keep yourself hydrated and rest , rest, rest! I am sure Mr. Sweetness is taking wonderful care of you. :-)
Got a shot from Dr. Grant a couple of reaches ago to cure an arthritis breakout -- best thing I did all trip.

thank you all so much for your posts and loving words. I am a bit better. worst is over.
I had an airborne virus so nothing antibiotics would help so just treating the symptoms. Fever and chills gone. Now tummy pain and headaches but I am fine. When I am feeling better I will post cost if you guys are interested. It was very reasonable for the Dr. visit and meds (liquid antinausea med, super vitamin liquid to mix in water, pills for pain/inflamation and forget what the other pills are for right now....lol. Mr. made me chicken soup and has been a angel. Any ways with the storm the embassy is closed and no processing so visa taking longer than expected to be ready for pick up. All is good though.

I am so glad you are feeling better! Try adding some fresh ginger to that soup. It does wonders for helping nausea, it got me through some awful morning sickness. :-)

Sweetness...was meaning to mention this to you before...
if you have to go to Kingston again...skip the North Coast bus (takes much longer) and use the South Coast bus (Negril office 452-4748) that can be found in the Hi Lo parking lot.
Driving time from Negril to Kingston along the South Coast is only 31/2 hours now....
thanks B......I will def use that one next time. I went with North coast line only because I had never seen Ocho, the mountains, etc. so it was all new. Next time tho faster is better lol. We don't have to go back to Kingston. The pickup is at the Mobay DHL Center then off we go.....still waiting.
have you called DHL Sweetness? i've had "stalled" mail before -- when i report it missing it turns up - might just need a little nudge

hey Sev...yep I have been manic about checking. The visa has not even been issued yet so it still has to be made and sent to Mobay. Dept of State confirmed today it still has not been issues in Kingston.
Tizz/Marley.....I am hoping not to miss the weekend but its possible. Earliest we can hope for is Wed fly date and that is a long shot. So we may need a back up plan for your pick up and I need to have my Aunt leave you a key. Oy

Where does it drop you off in Kingston ?? is it downtown Kingston or New Kingston?
