Guys,
I think we can breath a bit easier. Our thoughts go out to Portland and St. Mary.....
I listened to Power 106 and monitored the board from 0500.
I'm going to have a nice cigar and 25 yr old port.
Peace

Praying for Donna's family in St. Mary.
I would join you if i had one of them! Maybe I,ll fire up one of the really bad fake Cohiba,s my neighbor got ripped off for in Cuba.
Thanks captaind!
IMHO...bring them with you
We actually bought some good Cubans at Times Square but i love dark Dominican cigars like Macadudo Maduras and i didn't find those there.
I love the Macanudo Maduro's too! My personal favorite!
Glad the worst of the storm has passed. Hope all are safe....
Glad to hear that Cap... thoughts go out for everyone affected!
I live in an envelope Mon-Fri, so I am guessing that Sandy has left the West End undamaged and unscathed; however, St. Mary's may be in danger?
I have been buying cigars in Negril for many years. In Times Square there used to be a great place that closed 3 years ago. If you want a true authentic Cuban cigar, you must go to the gift shops in the high end hotels like Sandals or Beaches. The gift shops and the vendors are usually selling fakes. That being said, the fakes are usually cigars that are actually pretty good because the shop owners will travel to Cuba and buy seconds. You may not be getting a Cohiba, but it is usually a pretty decent stick. Just don't pay what they are asking for, except at the resorts. Pay it and you know you are smoking a true Cuban Cigar.
Yup. I bring most with me and check out some at the resorts.
