Another New Year in Negril, where you goin!

OK so for me we have been to Seastar on New years eve the last several years. This year we get in that afternoon, and are way up the beach at Seashore Bay. So if things are as usual the family is lucky to make it until midnight, but not me!
I am thinkin Bourbon Beach? any one else?

Starting at Catcha and hitting Seastar if Chris has a good show going. I have a room at BB and am looking forward to the show that night. I have a feeling that I will be dusting bottle caps with you Poolguy.....

I still don't know what we are doing & will likely decide when I get there. Terrible problem to have :rolleyes:

I'll be at Seastar. I'm solo so I plan to stay "close to home" and since I'm staying there, that's as close as it gets. I'm hoping the new building has a rooftop where I can watching the beach fireworks!

Did they confirm that they were shooting fireworks? Last I read it was still trying to be worked out.

I'll be on the beach either at Alfred's or around there. So much going on that I like to wander. Since I stay on the beach, getting up and back from Seastar on that night is a pain. The traffic is bumper to bumper.

Hey, Sue. That's one of the reasons I'm doing the opposite of you! I'm sticking around Seastar for NYE simply because I'm staying there and I don't want to mess with what I've heard is horrible traffic. I'd love to spend at least a few hours on the beach that evening, but it's just not worth the trouble. Wish we could fit it all in, but I've no doubt we'll have a good time no matter where we are since we ARE in Negril, after all!

So far I would like to try and hit the show at BB and maybe wander down to Beach Park for the Stone Love session...Did Seastar last year, then went down to the beach...PG is right, the traffic wasn't that bad.
