What are your favorite $100 a night or Less, Low Season Beach Hotels?
Exploring options for the spring trip in a few months.
Have stayed at Yellow Bird and Bourbon Beach, so I know about them and what to expect.
I have been zeroing on Kuyaba, because I like that end of the beach. However, I have no experience there other than a fabulous meal.
All suggestions are welcome, and I think all of us love visual aids as well.

We are staying at Wild Parrott ... $85.00 sea view, but no TV, which I could careless about. Never stayed, got good info on it though .... looks worth a try :)

garysteph. i will confirm that the staff at wild parrot is very friendly and the drinks are very good. never stayed there, but have bellied up to the bar. if we end up staying there, we will be neighbors. as we'd both be staying at parrot and catcha the same dates basically.

Negril Beach Club condo's ( Jean Gaynair).I love the beach there! Can really save money by having breakfast in your room and mixing you own cocktails.

Re: What are your favorite $100 a night or Less, Low Season Beach Hotels?
Stayed at both White Sands and Rooms on the Beach and would do both of them again. Others mentioned above are definitely worth considering. I'd be a bit wary of any place that has late night loud music, but that's just me.

I stay at the Golden Sunset. It's just across the road from Alfred's and a lovely property. You can get a room with a shared kitchen which is great since you have both a fridge and stove. Jenny is the manager and is very easy to speak with. They do have TV's as well. I'll be there on Saturday night - YAHOO!!!
Oh, You rarely hear the music from Alfre'ds since they point the speakers seaward.

Hidden Paradise, but it's across the street, e-mail Enrick (owner) and ask for the low season stay for 7 pay for 6 , comes out to around $55 a night. Sometimes little less for us.
Pool, breakfast, lunch on-site, Momma Flo's across the road on the beach is their beach bar, very good inexpensive food. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds at hotel, nice pool, we love it their. Great location, right next to Shamrock, very good barrel chicken right out front of hotel (Mr Biggs = wicked good chicken) just a great yard.
For the price it's awesome. Staff are some of the best people we have met in Jamaica.

Re: What are your favorite $100 a night or Less, Low Season Beach Hotels?
We stayed at Rooms on the Beach ... basic room but clean, modern and inexpensive, I think we got a bit of breakfast too (pastries etc). Pretty decent stretch of beach there, and there is a concrete wall that you can sit behind if you don't want to be bothered. We also stayed on cliffs at the Samsara which we loved (very peasceful) and when we took our family we stayed at the Tree House and Charela Inn. However, time we are staying at the Wild Parrot in 4 more sleeps!

You've probably noticed the special Gail posted for Treehouse. Good deal including a big breakfast. I've stayed next door at Country Country 2 times and really like that area of the beach. Photos of the rooms on Negrilonestop and Treehouse website look good and reviews on TA are good. Gail's an awesome lady who does a lot for the community, she just gladly helped me brighten a local friend's Xmas! :)

Who knew? Thanks
That rate must be last minute specials or something. Here's what one stop shows for "summer rates":
Summer Rates
Apr 15 - Dec 19, 2013 $133 $179 $193 $199 $193 $225
I dunno :(
