We like a mix of beer Red stripe and Corona - Does anyone know if they sell Corona beer at the HiLo? And how is the Lime supply in Negril we had a tough time finding some last year? We usually stop at the Mega Mart for Co Beer, but are thinking we could skip that stop if we can.
The Red Stripes you buy in USA do not say 4.7% alcohol(which is high for a beer) looking at one right now.
Very seldom can you get a case actually brewed in Jamaica in the US these days. You get the Latrobe PA variation. "Jamaican Style" Lager.
Pop a Stripe... Yea mon.
Lady Jane, do you know if they sell Clamoto juice at the Hi-Lo ... I don't think I ever saw it there. We usually take it with us but i'm always leery packing that in our suitcase I visions of it cracking and leaking although our luggage.
Yes they have Clamato at the Hilo.
Our kids have left a Red Stripe for Santa every year since they can remember. This year, my son was concerned about Santa drinking and flying. We explained that we were probably the only ones leaving him a beer and it was a nice break from all those milk and cookies. He said that he hoped Mrs. Claus wouldn't be mad.
Instead of red stripe what about leaving special brownies? They go great with milk, and Santa can still pass a breathalyzer test. :-)
