The biggest change is the addition of Buddy,s bar, great drinks and food.
We spent quite a bit of time there last year. Very comfortable loungers and a good vibe. I did eat there but don't recall much about that. It must have been "one of those days". LOL :)
Staying in April for 3 nights. Booked it a few months ago. Just looked like a cool place to me! Can't wait!

I spotted the changes in September of 2011..doing my morning beach walk and noticed the bright turquoise and orange colours in Buddy's bar...big difference in what was there before....I have stayed there 3 times since...and will probably be there again in June. Its a great spot!

Have they replaced the chef yet? Has anyone eaten there lately?
Someone commented in a recent thread that a chef was there training others and the food was excellent. You should be able to search and find that thread. Not more than 3 weeks old.Quote:

The same cooks are still working there the Smokin Squirrel came from the US to train the staff last year and they are still making many of the same dishes. The menu varies daly as they only use fresh ingredients available. I have tried just about everything they have and it has all been good.
