...what's a stuffed Johnny cake? If its somehow fried, I'd probably love it!

Kind of like a Jamaican breakfast Calazone, stuffed with a choice of egg, bacon, sausage, calaloo, or cheese. A little on the sweet side. Really good stuff.

A stuffed Johnny Cake = Heaven on Earth!
